Working With Robots: Human Resource Development Considerations in Human–Robot Interaction

Advancements in robotic technology have accelerated the adoption of collaborative robots workplace. The role humans is not reduced, but requires different high-level responsibilities human–robot interaction (HRI). Based on a human-centered perspective, this literature review to explore current knowledge HRI through lens HRD and propose roles realm. identifies considerations that help implement effective three domains: human capabilities, collaboration configuration, attributes related contact. eight include employees’ attitudes toward robots, their readiness for robot technology, communication with team building, leading multiple systemwide collaboration, safety interventions, ethical issues. Theoretical implications, practical limitations are discussed. This paper contributes by introducing potential areas multidisciplinary collaborations organizations systems.
